At Decca Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or is not what you expected, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a return authorization label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are well-protected to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
